Output contract 9
Contract 9 was introduced with ruleset 1.40.9 and replaced contract 8. Single-file results have an explicit outcome, profile information and internal_error. Internal resource failures use stable identities (internal.schema, internal.rules and internal.resources) and are not findings about the submitted file.
